I have chosen to do the work I do because I wish to be of service to others by helping them realize their potential for making a positive difference in the world. Whether they do so in a for-profit firm by exercising greater effectiveness and responsibilty as a leader, or as a difference-maker in the not-for-profit sector does not matter.
I believe that profit and public good are not the least incompatible unless there is a failure of leadership. This is the defining value of my career and professional identity. Therefore, I use my skills and talents to act on that belief and practice what I preach.
Scope of Work:
I am a licensed psychologist who works with a managerial and professional population. My expertise has focused on helping people unleash their potential to lead, collaborate, and make a difference. This has usually meant helping them and those they lead cope with mission-focused challenges, and sometimes with career issues.
I will provide these services at no fee or a significantly reduced fee to clients who have resource limitations. Indeed, I specifically allocate one day a week (Monday) for pro bono work. If you believe you could benefit from the work I do, please contact me.
Our communication will be treated as confidential. We will jointly discuss your situation and needs. If we agree that I can be helpful, we will formulate next-steps.
Please use the Contact Form to your right to provide a brief, initial description of your situation and needs. I will respond within one or two business days. Thank you.
